Living and working in an open plan rectangular space has it’s limitations. Areas need to be privatised without interrupting the flow. Here furniture is used to create islands. A simple plank clad partition separated the sleep from the awake.  Generous linen sofas, oak consoles and an eclectic collection of vintage pieces generated warmth within this concrete loft-space. A stainless steel professional kitchen at the heart of the volume contrasts with the natural weaves and tones throughout this multifunctional space
